You can return your goods for up to 14 days after you have received or collected it.

The product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

Once we have received the goods, you will receive an email with the approval of the return.

 

We then transfer the purchase amount to your account.

 

Please note that it is not possible to transfer the return fund to a different account than the one you used to purchase the goods.

 

Please note that you are responsible for the package until we have received it. All costs of the return are at your own expense.
